Orders and delivery
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on inventory, accurate details, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and deliverability. Normal preparation is 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by estimated 4–6 business days in transit as described in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges
Within 30 days after delivery, we accept requests for defective items, qualifying non-defective new items and exchanges. A non-defective item must be new, unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. No restocking fee applies.
