This guide explains how a mooncat order moves from payment authorization to carrier delivery.
Order preparation
We ordinarily prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. These periods are separate estimates and do not guarantee a particular arrival date.
Checkout and tracking
The destinations, services and delivery charges available for an address appear at checkout. Please review the street and contact details before submitting the order. Tracking is shared when supplied by the carrier.
Delivery concerns
For delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt or transit damage, email coolytmackced101@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Photographs can assist a damage review.
