Eligible return and exchange requests may concern a defective item or a qualifying non-defective new item.
Request window and condition
Ask within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item may be returned after a change of mind or mistaken selection when it remains new, unused and in original condition. Damage, faults, wrong goods, missing contents and a material mismatch with the description may also be reported. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Approval and mailing
Email coolytmackced101@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Include photos or video for a product problem and retain relevant packaging and components. Obtain approval and the correct return destination before mailing; our correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse.
Label, exchange and funds
A free prepaid return label is enclosed in the parcel. Use it after approval, and contact us if it is absent or lost. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and stock. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; the financial provider may need additional time to post it.
