What is the delivery estimate?
Preparation after payment authorization usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Can an unwanted item be returned?
A qualifying non-defective product may be requested within 30 days after delivery if it is new, unused and in original condition. Defective or incorrect goods may also be reported, and exchange requests are accepted. Approval is required before mailing; read the Refund Policy.
Is return postage free?
The original package includes a free prepaid label for an approved mailed return. There is no restocking fee; contact us if the label is missing.
When does a refund begin?
